Tammy Armstrong's work has appeared in literary
journals in Canada, US, UK and Europe. She is the
author of Translations:Aistreann (novel), Unravel
(poetry) and Bogman's Music (poetry) which was
nominated for a Governor General's Award. She currently
lives in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
William Bedford taught English Literature for many years before writing full time. He has published poetry and short stories widely, and also adult and children's novels.
Julia Deakin is a writer and part-time lecturer living in West Yorkshire,
England. Her articles and reviews have appeared in many publications
including Mslexia, The Observer and the Times Educational Supplement.
Although it did not occur to her to write poems until four years ago, these
have since appeared in Acumen, Aireings, Braquemard, Pennine Platform, Raw
Edge and Staple, and she has forthcoming work in Envoi and Orbis.
Philip Hyams is a Canadian novelist, poet, artist, journalist and film producer. Born in Montreal, Que. Canada - Mr. Hyams has also lived in London, Amsterdam, Montreal and Toronto. His first novel Canaan Barred was published in 1995 by Tell Books New York/Toronto and his writing has been published in more than 120 print and electronic journals around the world from the U.S and Britain to Sweden and South Africa.
Natan Leslie is currently the fiction editor for The Pedestal Magazine. He has published two collections of short fiction, most recently A Cold Glass of Milk (Uccelli Press, 2003). Aside from being nominated for the 2002 Pushcart Prize, his fiction and poetry has or will appear in over one hundred literary magazines including Chattahoochee Review, Sou’Wester, Southern Indiana Review, Fiction International, Baltimore Review, Chiron Review, Gulf Stream, Tulane Review, Santa Clara Review, StorySouth, Amherst Review, Wascana Review, X-Connect, Adirondack Review, The Crab Creek Review, and Orchid.
